Senior Full-Stack Engineer
HotBuild and scale the E-ARI assessment platform — from the assessment wizard and scoring engine to the results dashboard and PDF reporting pipeline. You will own core features end-to-end, working with Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma, and our AI agent architecture. We need engineers who care about deterministic scoring, transparent UX, and production reliability over flashy demos.
AI Insights Engineer
HotDesign and optimize the prompt architecture behind E-ARI's 6-agent pipeline. You will be responsible for the quality, specificity, and reliability of AI-generated insights — ensuring they are grounded in assessment data, free of generic language, and actionable for executives. This is not a prompt-tweaking role; it requires deep understanding of structured output, hallucination control, and evaluation methodology.
Senior Product Designer
Shape the user experience of E-ARI from assessment flow to results interpretation. Our users are C-suite executives, transformation leads, and governance officers who need clarity, not complexity. You will design interfaces that make multi-dimensional scoring, AI narratives, and benchmark data instantly understandable — and make the paid tiers feel worth every penny.
AI Governance Analyst
Ensure E-ARI's methodology, scoring framework, and AI outputs meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance and ethical AI practice. You will review and update our assessment pillars against evolving regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001), validate that AI-generated content is properly labeled and grounded, and contribute to sector-specific regulatory context that makes our insights meaningful for regulated industries.
DevOps & Platform Engineer
Build and maintain the infrastructure that powers E-ARI's assessment platform — from database operations and deployment pipelines to monitoring, alerting, and cost optimization. You will ensure our platform meets enterprise SLA requirements, manage our LLM API integrations at scale, and implement the security controls required by our enterprise and government clients.
Enterprise Account Executive
Drive enterprise adoption of E-ARI across Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through procurement, security review, and contract negotiation. Our product sells itself to the right buyer — you need to find them, articulate the value of evidence-based AI readiness assessment, and navigate complex enterprise purchasing processes.
Senior Data Scientist
HotDrive the analytical engine behind E-ARI's assessment scoring, benchmarking, and sector-specific insights. You will design and validate statistical models that power our maturity classifications, develop sector-specific normalization algorithms, and build evaluation frameworks that ensure our scoring methodology remains rigorous and defensible. This is not a traditional data science role — you will be shaping how organizations worldwide measure their AI readiness.
Assessment Methodologist
Own the rigor behind E-ARI's 8-pillar assessment framework. You will validate question design, refine pillar weights, develop sector-specific adjustments, and ensure our methodology meets the standards expected by enterprise auditors and government regulators. This role sits at the intersection of research methodology, public policy, and product — perfect for someone who cares about measurement integrity as much as practical impact.
Customer Success Lead
Ensure E-ARI's enterprise clients extract maximum value from their AI readiness assessments. You will manage the post-sale relationship for Fortune 500 and government accounts, guide clients through assessment interpretation, help them translate scores into actionable roadmaps, and identify expansion opportunities. This is a high-visibility role where your ability to connect assessment insights to business outcomes directly drives retention and growth.
