AI governance reports with evidence and decision references
E-ARI captures the current governance record in a saved report: AI systems, candidate obligation coverage, evidence, actions, reviewed decisions and relevant contract context. A report is a point-in-time record, not a compliance certificate.
What does a report contain?
The report brings together executive attention, the system portfolio, supporting evidence, unresolved work and reviewed decisions. Source references connect conclusions to the records behind them. Readiness diagnostics are supporting context, not a substitute for governance evidence.
How is a draft finalised?
An authorised owner or administrator reviews the saved draft and records a finalisation note. The original draft is retained. Later changes require a new snapshot rather than rewriting the old report. Finalisation records accountability; it does not approve every underlying decision.
What does the fingerprint prove?
A content digest identifies the captured snapshot. It does not prove the accuracy of its contents and is not an independent signature. E-ARI’s signed system export packs and independent verifier are separate assurance outputs.
Can contract costs be shared safely?
Shared reports omit contract costs and private contract rationale by default. Editions containing costs are restricted to workspace owners and administrators. Report creation follows the plan’s report quota and workspace permissions.
What are the current limits?
Report content is currently English. The activity-period selector filters recorded observations; it does not reconstruct a historical portfolio that E-ARI did not capture. A saved report reflects the records available at creation time.
