Why I built E-ARI

“If you can't measure your AI readiness with the same rigor you measure financial risk, you're not ready — you're hoping. E-ARI exists to replace hope with evidence.”
I spent a research career studying how institutions actually adopt technology — and kept watching organisations invest heavily in AI with no rigorous way to measure whether they were ready for it. E-ARI is that research turned into software: a deterministic, auditable score you can defend in front of a board or a regulator.
