What is the difference between Free, Pro and Enterprise?
Free shows you what applies: 3 AI systems registered and classified, the obligations that apply with their articles, an evidence vault for 10 files, 1 shadow AI scan and 1 readiness assessment a month, and vendor risk for 3 vendors. Pro is where you govern: 25 systems, 10 users and 250 people in AI literacy training, FRIA and technical documentation, the full obligation register, sealed verifiable records, vendor risk for 25 vendors and unlimited CSV imports. Enterprise automates and scales: no limits, the API, evidence connectors in early access, SSO (OIDC), custom branding and dedicated support with an SLA.
Are the plan limits per account or per user?
Limits belong to the workspace and are shared by everyone in it. Users are the people who sign in. The AI literacy roster is a separate, larger allowance: training someone under Article 4 costs us an email, so we do not meter it the way we meter sign-ins.
How does annual billing work?
Paid plans support monthly or annual billing. Pro is €299/month or €2,990/year (€249.17/mo, save 17%). Enterprise is agreed per contract, from €20,000 a year, based on scope and support. Founding-member pricing is available for the first cohort — ask us.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Nothing you already have is hidden or removed. Every system, file and person already on record stays where it is; adding one more beyond your plan's limit asks you to upgrade.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel at any time with no penalties. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, then your workspace moves to Free. Your data is preserved; you lose access to the Pro features until you subscribe again.
What does Enterprise add over Pro?
No limits on systems, users or training; API access, read and write; evidence connectors in early access; SSO (OIDC), configured with your identity provider; custom branding on reports; and dedicated support with audit support and an SLA. SCIM provisioning, multi-entity workspaces, custom controls and frameworks, and continuous evidence collection are on the roadmap and not available today.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and it is processed only by the sub-processors listed on /security, including the default model provider. Enterprise customers can sign in with SSO (OIDC), configured with your identity provider. Stored enforcement refuses password and social sign-in even if provider registration or configuration loading fails. Operator recovery requires explicitly disabling enforcement.
